We regularly represent both Employers and Employees (not at the same time) in the drafting, negotiation and revisions to Employment Agreements including restrictive covenants.  Often, certain employees are key to the success of the business venture and locking the Employee in for service in a fair, responsible manner that creates a “Win-Win” situation is an art in itself.  

Case Study:  An Employer with annual revenues of tens of millions of dollars needed a complete rework of all the employment agreements with its employees.  We met with the Management and employees, determined the important elements to each, made important recommendations to our client, the Employer, and drafted new Agreements including Employee Handbooks for all the employees.  All of the employees were placed under contract that ensured their continued involvement with the Company and rewarded the employees for their concerted efforts in driving the Company to success.
