Case Study:  A long time client with a successful business came in with an offer from a competitor to buy the business.  We handled all aspects of the transaction and closed the transaction at the client’s facility after inventory appraisals were completed.  The client was advised every step of the way and we made sure that proper collateral was obtained to protect our client on the owner-financing part of the transaction.
